Technical diagnostics of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel steam pipeline using nondestructive methods

Description
Problems of diagnostics of changes in mechanical properties of steam lines made of the 12Kh1MF and 15Kh1MF steels in the process of operation are discussed. It is noted that the use of nondestructive ultrasonic testing methods for the estimation of the metal strength characteristics permits to increase the reliability of the measurements by 21%
