Description
A method of restoration of the disturbed symmetry of a self-consistent field of atomic nuclei which is used to discriminate a rotational branch of excitation and describe I+-type excitations in even-even nuclei without introduction of additional external fields or remanent force parameters, is developed. With odd atomic nuclei the method allows to calculate effective dynamic charges generated in the interaction of particles with the rotation and oscillation of the core. An analysis of the experimental data for atomic nuclei is given. (author)
