The effect of deviation from stoichiometry and polymorphism in germanium telluride on nature of phase equilibria in GeTe-A4B6(A4-Sn, Pb; B6-Se) system

Description
For A4B6-A4B6 systems the data on mutual solubility of components were generalized on the basis of chemical bond character and interatomic distances in crystal lattices of mentioned compounds. Germanium telluride was taken as an example to investigate the dependence of polymorphous modification stability of (Ge1-xSnx)1-yTey and Ge1-x(Te1-xSex)y solid solutions on anion and cation substitution
