Relaxation of electron exaction of alkali gallogen crystals in stress one-axis compression field

  • 1. Aktyubinskij Univ., Aktobe (Kazakhstan)

Description

For study of crystals in stressed state the method of one-axis compression with following fixation of stress at 80 K and 4.2 K is applied. The experimental units of absorption, luminescence and thermal activation spectroscopy have been used. In the theoretic context the continual model of low-energy excitons decay at adiabatic approximation with direct variation method use and approximation of 'hard ball' model are considered. 'Hard ball' model taking into account elastic deformation of lattice under one-axis compression is modified for two variants: with allowance of the internal lattice deformation and without due account one
