Description

Safety Culture is a new concept proposed following two serious nuclear accidents and applicable to radiation safety field. The article first analyzes the concept of safety culture and the needs and requirements for safety culture and its applications and development. The article also analyzes the problems existing in medicine and introduces some personal viewpoint about safety culture. (authors)
