The electromagnetic form factors of the proton and quantum chromodynamics
Description
A two parameter expression is suggested from perturbation theory calculations in Quantum Chromodynamics as a candidate to fit the high momentum transfer dependence of the Dirac form factor of the proton. The quality of the fit thus obtained is remarkably good
