Jumps between metastable states of TaS3 quasi-one-dimensional conductor with submicron transverse cross dimensions

Description
It is found out that in samples of TaS3 quasi-one-dimentional conductor of small dimensions resistance dependence on temperature and electric field is of jump character. The obtained results are explained by jump change of deformation of the charge density wave
