Ferromagnetism in YCo2 powders prepared by mechanical grinding

Description
Magnetic properties and structural state of powders in YCo2 during mechanical grinding are investigated. The nature of the magnetic phase transition ''Pauli's paramagnetic-ferromagnetic'' is discussed. Relation of the magnetization value, Curie temperature, isomeric shift and quadrupole splitting with the structurial state of the alloy at different grinding stages is established
