Parameter variations for W VII-X vacuum fields

Description
For experimental flexibility, some variations of the vacuum field parameters are required, e.g. rotational transform, shear and magnetic axis position. Different possibilities are investigated and results for the configurations HS 4-12 and HS 5-8 are given. (orig.)
