Electron spin resonance measurement of irradiation defects in borosilicate glass irradiated with ion beam and 60Co γ ray

Description
Electron spin resonance (ESR) measurement of irradiation defects in a borosilicate glass irradiated with He+ ions and 60Co γ rays was performed. The irradiation defects of E' center and boron oxygen hole center (BOHC) were observed, and the spin densities of the defects were measured as a function of the ionizing dose and isothermal annealing time.
