Double pancreatic cyst

Description
The authors present the case of double simultaneously existed pancreatic cyst. One of the cyst was hemorrhagic. Preoperative diagnosis was established with ultrasonography and Color-Doppler. The exact localization of the injured vessel which was splenic artery has been reached with celiac angiography. On the basis of those data proper surgical treatment was possible and life threatening hemorrhage during cyst opening was avoided. (author)
