Description
The dependence of the mobile dislocations density on the value of the deformation, originating by healing the porous copper samples under the conditions of the all-round compression up to 1500 MPa, is determined through the X-ray diffraction method. The evaluation of the dislocations free run length is carried out in dependence on the compression deformation, the deformation velocity under the pressure conditions, the dislocations motion average velocity and the dislocations generation rate. It is shown, that the dislocation free run average length decreases with the pressure growth
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
