Heat shields, for pump or pipe installations
Description
1) The heat shield is characterised by the installation of at least two annular or plate-form components, so that during the operating process on optimal spacing is obtained between the shield and the wall surface. 2) Heat shield following claim 1, characterised by at least two layers of material with different coefficients of expansion. 3) Heat shield following claim 2, characterised by corrugations. 4) Heat shield following claim 1, characterised by two parts of sheet form wherein the mutual spacing is formed by means of a mechanical hinged link means. 5) Heat shield following claim 1, characterised by a plate shaped part with an annular circumference, so that on it the plate may be mounted and at least at one place may be sawcut and at least part of it may be of bimetallic form.
