Shielding of two slow co-moving test charges in collisional plasma

Description
The three-dimensional far-field electrostatic potential of two co-moving point charges are considered. In contrast to the one-dimensional nonlinear case, it is found that the shielding behavior remains similar to that of a single moving charge. (invited comment)
