Phase diagram of Er-Bi system
Description
Phase diagram of Er-Bi system was derivation using results of differential thermal, X-ray diffraction and microstructure examinations. The existence of Er5Bi3 and ErBi compounds was established in the system. Microhardness of the compounds was determined
