Decentering of bearings of turbogenerators
Creators
Description
Reasons for decentering of support bearings in powerful steam-turbine facilities: instability of base and foundation states, characteristic force and temperature interaction between the foundation and stator, have been considered. The experience in the study and elimination of decenterings appearing in the course of operation of 50 - 800 MW turbogenerators has been generalized. The influence of the decenterings on turbogenerator reliability has been studied, recommendations on their ruling out being made. 110 refs
