Description
By the methods of DTA, high temperature DTA, MSA and determining microhardness the Nd2Te3-Sb2Te3, Sm2Te3-Sb2Te3, Y2Te3-Sb2Te3 and Dy2Te3-Sb2Te3 systems are investigated, their phase diagrams are plotted. It is established that they are quasibinary. In the studied systems ternary peritectic compounds of LnSbTe3 type and solubility regions on the Sb2Te3 base have been found
