Formation of superstructure of anti-CaCL2-type in Ti-V-C system

Description

The results of neutron and X-ray diffraction studies of carbon atom ordering in the gamma-phase of the Ti-V-C system are presented. It is shown that a new compound - an ordered phase of the anti-CaCl2 type which can not appear in any of the binary Ti-C and V-C systems are found
