Description
Direct cubic boron nitride synthesis from ammonia borane was achieved in a high-pressure shock-compression experiment. The lattice spacing of the cubic boron nitride was 3.655 A and there was evidence that the material contained some α-Fe and γ-Fe. 12 refs.; 2 figs
