Formation of coupled magnetic polarons in Cd1-xMnxTe crystals. Contribution of medium exchange field and thermodynamic fluctuations of magnetization into binding energy

Description
It has been shown that the temperature dependence of the binding energy of exciton-impurity complexes in semimagnetic semiconductors Cd1-xMnxTe (x approximately 0.05) has been well described in the frame of the donor electron model with using the effective characteristic energy of the magnetic polaron. Contributions into the binding energy from the mean exchange field and thermodynamic fluctuations of the magnetization, their temperature variations in conditions of the absence and the presence of the weak magnetic field (H <= 3.5 Oe) have been defined
