Microscopic models for the metal-insulator transition

Description

The metal-insulator transition is considered. The dynamical conductivity is calculated on the basis of generalized quantum Langevin equations and numerical simulations followed for 2d-systems with symplectic symmetry. Critical exponents and scaling parameters, phase diagrams and spectral properties were calculated. (WL)
