Description

At the present time a number of stabilization methods for composite superconductors is elaborated to be used in dc electrotechnical devices. The creation of superconductors having small losses under alternating modes of operation enables to begin an elaboration of ac superconducting electrotechnical devices meanwhile the problem of stabilization and reliability remains one of the important tasks as well as the dc case. An analysis of thermal stability of an ac composite superconductor is based on the one-dimensional equation of thermal conductivity
