Description
Given the temperature dependence of the quasiparticle lifetime and the magnitude of the gap reported by infrared spectroscopy on YBa2Cu3O7, we reproduce quantitatively the temperature dependence of the conductivity ratio at ω∼4Tc reported by the same infrared experiment and that of the NMR relaxation rate of YBa2Cu3O7. Our analysis is done in the framework of the conventional strong coupling theory of superconductivity. ((orig.))
