Criticality safety assessor training at British Nuclear Fuels, Sellafield

In accordance with company policy agreed to in April 1986, graduate new entrants to British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL) Sellafield join a management trainee/appraisal scheme. The purpose of this scheme is that while doing a real job, the trainee should undergo structured training and be given the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. As part of this scheme, each trainee has a structured training program that is devised to fulfill the requirements of the individual, the department, the site and the professional body to which the trainee aspires.
