Inspection of synchronous generators (SG) in the Diesel Generator Stations (DGS)

The inspection comprises works corresponding to 100% intermediate maintenance - 5GWG and 5GX-G; 100% planned maintenance 5GV-G. Actual TTSN of synchronous generator is far from the resource specified by the manufacturer - 36,000 hours; Operational parameters of SG (voltage, amperage, frequency, current, temperature metal stator) - they are what they are parameters specified by the manufacturer; Cracks, corrosion, delamination, deletion, distortion, loose particles and so on are not observed; The insulation resistances are normal; Process parameters are consistent with the passport data; The results of the inspections and tests completely satisfy the requirements set by the manufacturer and operational documentation; Replaceable wear parts did not occur.
