Electrical properties of solid solutions in ZrO2-In2O3 system

Description
The results of investigations of electrical properties of solid solutions in the ZrO2-In2O3 system as well as two - phase compositions in the wide temperature range are presented. The values of specific electric-conductivity of a series of compositions with In2O3 content from 40 to 100 mol% are determined. It has been found that in the atmosphere with decreased O2 pressure the value of electric conductivity grows due to formation of additional current carriers
