KTA 1408.2. Quality assurance of welding filler metals and welding consumables for pressurized and active components in nuclear power plants. Pt. 2
Description
The rule applies to the production of welding filler metals and welding consumables already tested for suitability according to KTA rule 1408.1, intended for the manufacture of products, structural parts, component units for pressurized walls of components in stationary nuclear power plants with light-water reactors. These include 1. Components of the primary loop (KTA 3201); 2. Steel containment (KTA 3401); 3. Pressurized and active components of systems not forming part of the primary loop - only class-2 components -; except for A2-WII, A3-WII, A3-austenit. (orig./HP)

Diese Regel ist anzuwenden auf die Herstellung von nach KTA 1408.1 eignungsgeprueften Schweisszusaetzen und -hilfsstoffen, die bei der Fertigung von Erzeugnisformen, Bauteilen, Baugruppen zu drucktragenden Wandungen von Komponenten in ortsfesten Kernkraftwerken mit LWR verwendet werden sollen. Hierzu gehoeren 1. Komponenten des Primaerkreises (KTA 3201), 2. Reaktorsicherheitsbehaelter aus Stahl (KTA 3401), 3. druck- und aktivitaetsfuehrende Komponenten von Systemen ausserhalb des Primaerkreises - nur Klasse 2-Komponenten -; ausgenommen sind A2-WII, A3-WII, A3-Austenit.
