Chemical stability of the Zn-Cd-Te system
Description
Analytical expressions for chemical stability of multicomponent associated solution are obtained. Analysis of chemical stability for liquid phase in the Zn-Cd-Te system at the temperature 1500 K is carried out. It is shown that compounds on direct ZnTe-CdTe and Zn-CdTe are characterized by the highest stability. The increased stability of the last cut is explained by sharp decrease in the dissociation rate of Cd-Te bonds in the melts with high Zn content
