Structural study and dielectric-multiferroic magnetic BiFeO3 obtained by synthesis of combustion reaction

Description

Multiferroics materials science comes at opening new and broad field of technological applications, there are the basic ferroelectric crystals have concurrent ferromagnetic phases originate with Pierre Curie in the 19th century, the some of type BiFeO3 reaction usually reducing agent in different temperatures, 300, 400, 600, 500, 750 deg C. The sintering temperatures were those characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), electric permittivity and tangent of electric losses, between 2 GHz to 14 GHz. The results show intense the bands permittivity of 2,4 and 5,8 GHz frequency devices wi-fi and wi-max respectively. Feature changes of phases and this can measure different electrical properties such as and one phase ceramics, analyses of the materials and the size of the particles. Applying these materials are described in order of dielectric reader antennas that operating at different frequencies phases. (author)
