Underwater plasma cutting when multipurpose research reactor (MZFR) dismantling
Description
Concept of multipurpose research reactor (MZFR) dismantling in The Karlsruhe Nuclear Research Center is discussed. Completed dismantling of the unit is handled by eight stages. Eight stage - dismantling of cover of pressure vessel with intravessel equipment is described. Plasma cutting is used as fundamental procedure for the MZFR dismantling. System for the registration of operation parameters is developed. Bench-scale experiments were conducted in sheet form at full-size mockups

Представлена концепция демонтажа многоцелевого исследовательского реактора MZFR Исследовательского центра Карлсруэ. Полный демонтаж установки предполагает восемь этапов. Описан седьмой этап - демонтаж крышки корпуса давления реактора с внутрикорпусным оборудованием. Плазменная резка используется как основной метод демонтажа MZFR. Разработана система регистрации эксплуатационных парметров. Проведены также лабораторные исследования на листовом материале на макетах в натуральную величинуAdditional details
