On the theory of thermal-neutron multiple scattering by a perfect crystal
Description
Studied is the multiple thermal neutron scattering by a crystal plate with fixed nuclei. The difference between the total wave function of the neutron and the effective wave incident on an individual atom is considered. Instead of the well-known Lenk-Solbring theory the correct expression is used for the wave scattered by a single crystal plane. The obtained results agree with the predictions of this theory
