The normal arthrography of the toe joints
Description
200 arthrographic examinations are presented and discussed. The joint is reached by punction from the ulnar or medial side with a needle 0.6 mm in diameter. The joint is visualized after injection of 0.5-2 ml positive contrast medium with or without air. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Es werden die Ergebnisse von 200 Arthrographien der Zehengelenke mitgeteilt, wobei einleitend die Untersuchungstechnik beschrieben wird. Dabei wird unter anderem anhand der Indikationen die Bedeutung der Arthrographie bei der Diagnostik von pathologischen Prozessen im Bereich der Zehengelenke betont, ebenso als Kontrollverfahren bei intraartikulaeren Injektionen.
