Radiation-induced mixing and its influence on structure of solids
Creators
Description
The formula of rodiation induced mixing factor is deduced on the basis of the previously derived expressions for defects distribution in cascades. The assessment of joint effect radiation-induced mixing, radion-enhanced and thermal diffusion on solids structure allows to achieve a satisfactory coincidence with the experimental data on mixing on the boundary of the two metalls under irradiation, on pore-formation temperature dependence etc. The proposed method may be used in selecting counditions for substitution of one irradiation type by another, for implantation technology parameters etc
