Crystal structure of RCoIn5 (R - Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y) and R2CoIn8 (R - Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Y) compounds
Description
Usng X-ray diffraction method of monocrystal, crystal structure of HoCoIn5 compound belonging to the HoCoGa5 structural type is determined. Using the method of powder belonging of CeCoIn5 structure to the HoCoGa5 structural type is confirmed. Isostructural compounds with Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy are detected. Their lattice periods are determined. Using the method of powder belonging of Ce2CoIn8 compound structure to Ho2CoGa8 structural type is determined. Isostructural compounds with Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm are detected and their lattice periods are determined
