Description

Suggested is the method of employment of the world-wide network of the stations as spectrographic complexes of the instruments, including a series of the standard ground-based detectors of the cosmic ray secondary components. The opportunities for separation and detection of the meteorological, interplanetary and geomagnetic origin variations for the spectrographs located at various geomagnetic latitudes are estimated. On the basis of the results obtained made is a conclusion that the set of the instruments provides for determination of the variation of the average mass temperature of the atmosphere for the cosmic ray intensity variation amplitudes of delta 1 >= 0.3% and spectrum of the cosmic ray primary variation for the amplitudes of delta 1 >= 2%
