Complex study of surface structure of rhenium electrolytic layers

Description

Methods of X-ray diffractometry, field ion microscopy, differential thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy are used to study surface structure of rhenium electrolytic layers. It is stated that structure of rhenium layers is amorphous up to the temperature of fast crystallization initiation at 367 K
