Description
We present the results of studies of a nanosecond light pulser built following an original design of J.S. Kapustinsky et al and using bright InGaN/GaN ultraviolet and blue LEDs produced by Nichia Chemical. It is shown how timing characteristics of the pulser depend on the type of LED and the value of power supply voltage. (technical report)
