Reflection of electromagnetic waves off an ideally conducting plane in cold moving plasma
Description
The authors consider the radiation from a plane source in a cold, collisionless, moving plasma. The problem is solved of the interaction of plane waves with the fields of point sources with an ideal mirror. Particular attention is paid to effects which are essential in a slowly moving plasma
