Optomechanical quantum-state transfer beyond one-to-one interaction

Description

It has been predicted that the quantum state of a single-mode laser field can be one-to-one transferred to a single macroscopic oscillator via optomechanical interactions (2003 Phys. Rev. A 68 013808). Here we generalize the one-to-one way to both two-to-one and one-to-two ways. In the two-to-one way, it is possible to transfer the two-mode light squeezing to a single macroscopic oscillator. By the one-to-two transfer, the single light squeezing leads to the two-mode squeezing of macroscopic oscillators. The transfer of single- and two-mode quantum correlations from light to oscillators better facilitates the quantum-state transfer in quantum communication networks.
