Automatic installations with evaporators and ion exchange filters for processing trapped waters and boron containing solutions with regeneration of boric acid from them conformably to the nuclear power plant with WWR-1000 reactor project
Description
Installation is described for processing of trapped and washing waters, desactivation of liquid discharges, reprocessing of technological boric acid solution. This installation is intended for nuclear power plant with WWR type reactors. There are two independent devices in the installation. One is for processing of liquid wastes and the second is aspecially intended for boric acid solution reprocessing. But in the case of necessity these devices can replace each other in processing either radioactive effluents ore boric acid solution. Main method for processing of highly mineralizated liquid wastes at nuclear power plant is evaporation. Liquid wastes of highe activity prior evaporation are subject to preliminary purification by means of ion exchange filters. Installation has automatic systems for starting and shutdown and maintaning of the normal technological regime. (I.T.)
