Electron field emission spectroscopy of YBa2Cu3O7-σ high-Tc oxide superconductors
Description
The field electron emission spectroscopy and volt-ampere characteristics of YBa2Cu3O7-σ samples are experimentally studied. It is shown that oxygen drift from crystal lattice causes Φ=6.3-7.5 eV increase, decrease of C0=(1-3)x1019 cm-3, rise of De=2-2,5 A and appearance of semiconducting features of YBa2Cu3O7-σ electron field emission
