Description

A rapid and sensitive UHPLC-UV-MS/MS method was established for the screening and identification of polysaccharides, polyphenols, and flavonoids from methanolic extracts of P. schimperi, P. incisa, and P. glutinosa. This technique will facilitate qualitative analysis of these compounds as well as differentiation of Pulicaria species. (author)
