The invisible axion, the gravitino and cosmology
Description
I review the invisible axion, and also discuss the gravitino problem in cosmology. Emphasis is placed on the dynamical nature of the theta parameter. It is pointed out that the upper bound of the Peccei-Quinn symmetry breaking scale depends on the particle physics models and can easily go up to 1014 GeV. The gravitino with about a 100 GeV mass is not favoured from the observed abundances of light nuclei. (orig.)
