Rise of temperature stability of paramagnetic centers in irradiated KClO4 under anion impurity doping
Description
Phenomenon of thermal stability increase in paramagnetic centres of KClO4 monocrystals irradiated at 77 K with the content of ClO3- or NO3- impurity ions up to 3.5x1022 per kg has been described. A model of O2 molecule migration, which is the reason for thermal annealing of paramagnetic centres by the so-called mechanism of valency migration, has been suggested for the explanation
