Description
n this paper, the MAAP5 code was applied for modeling of 320 MW nuclear power plant primary and secondary loops, safety system and containment and the SBO scenario was selected to analysis the mitigation capacity for high-pressure core melt. The results showed that the containment has the ability to withstand the pressure shock caused by high-pressure core melt, and the forced open strategy of pressurizer safety valves can effectively mitigate high-pressure core melt, and under the condition of no active intervention within 72 h, the integrity of the containment can be guaranteed and the relevant data of which can provide important reference for the establishment of accident prevention and mitigation measures of 320 MW nuclear power plant.
