Anomalous isotope effect in oxide superconductors
Description
Experimental results on the isotope effect in oxide superconductors may be understood based on the electronic structure of these materials. The La(M)-Cu-O (M=Sr or Ba) system has been considered as a typical example and an empirical explanation supported by high energy spectroscopic data is presented. (author). 18 refs., 4 figs
