Kumakhov radiation features under planar channeling in nonsimple crystals. Channeling radiation from relativistic positrons in LiF
Description
A detailed calculation of radiation spectra from relativistic positrons in the ionic crystal LiF has been carried out and compared with experimental results of Berman et al. Theoretical results proved to be in good agreement with experimental ones. In addition to the observed peaks from the (111) plane an extra peak at energy near 125 keV is also predicted. (author)
