Description
Nd2Fe14-xMxC compounds, with M=Ni, Cu, Ga and Al and x≤1.0, have been prepared by long time annealing at temperatures below that of solid state transformation. The Curie temperatures are determined mainly by the site distribution of M elements. The saturation magnetizations are dependent on the nature of the M elements and their molar fractions. (orig.)
