Photoluminescence of quantum-dimensional epitaxy layers and structures on Pbsub(1-x)Snsub(x)Te base

Description
The quantum-dimensional effect is discovered in photoluminescence spectra of thin layers and multilayer heterostructures on the basis of Pbsub(1-x)Snsub(x)Te. Spectrum consisting of a number of lines is shifted to a region of higher energies due to elastic deformations in samples
