Improvements in or relating to radiation detectors
Description
An improved gas-solid hybrid radiation detector is described. The mode of operation and typical gas pressures and electrode spacings for xenon and argon gas filled detectors of this type are detailed. The improved performance obtainable from the suggested configuration of the electrode plates is examined. (U.K.)
